Payment:

The above rentals (exclusive of VAT) are due in advance, unless otherwise stated, commencing on the acceptance date. Documentation fee will be collected with the initial rental.

Equipment:

Cisco Capital will finance Hardware, Software, Peripherals and Communications Products.

Quotation Validity:
|
The rentals quoted above are indicative and floating until the Agreement start date. Cisco Capital reserve the right to adjust the rental figures should there be an increase in cost of funds prior to this date. Omissions & Errors Exempt.

Credit:

Customer must satisfy Cisco Capital credit criteria in respect of all orders placed hereunder.

Schedules:
|
Schedules of all equipment will be supplied upon request.
|

Terms and Conditions:

Cisco Capital’s Rental Agreement terms and conditions will apply, a copy of which will be forwarded for signature prior to contract completion
